Marcus & Dyana's Yosemite Proposal at Tunnel View
A sunrise proposal at one of Yosemite's most iconic overlooks.
Marcus didn't want a production. No countdown, no audience — just the two of them, early morning at Tunnel View, and a question he'd been carrying for a while.
We arrived before sunrise, in that window when Yosemite still feels like it belongs to no one. El Capitan was still in shadow. Half Dome was barely visible through the haze. The parking lot was empty.
Dyana thought she was there for an early morning couples session.
As the first light hit the granite and the valley slowly filled with color, Marcus turned to her. No announcement, no signal — just a quiet moment that became the only moment that mattered. She said yes as the sun cleared the ridge.
We spent the rest of the morning in the valley together. No rush, nowhere else to be. Just two people who had changed everything, watching Yosemite wake up around them.
